Default Overhead storage shelf

Does anyone have an overhead storage shelf? the one that mounts to the existing visor mount holes. If anyone has this, could you post a pic, preferably if anyone has a cb mounted on it. I just ordered one online and was planning on putting my cb on it.
Thanks

That looks like items could easily fly off the shelf if you hit the gas pedal hard enough.

It has a 1 inch lip on it so it seems like it should work fine depending on how big of items you have up there

I wonder if they still make the ones that fit on both sides of the ceiling console?

I like the idea of that, but anything that isn't bolted down in that thing is coming down on your and your passengers heads and could cause injury in the event of an accident. I'd hate to say my only injury in a rollover was sustained by a CD case that gashed my eye. If it had a door on it, or hooks for a net across the face, that would be awesome. Maybe I'm just overly paranoid.

Haha, I hear ya man. But with three kids in the car there are plenty of things that'll go flying around because they think they have to have a bazillion toys with them, lol.
