I just trade for my 97 F150 today. As I was driving home It seems to go in and out of over drive very easy (I mean I move my foot just a little bit on the gas and bam out and a little bit later bam in. And this is none stop. Truck is lifted 3"'s and has 315/75/16 tires on it. Is there anything I can do to stop this. Thanks for any help.

 

dont drive it in the city with the over drive on. only on the highway when you arent towing anything. i guess fords are notorious for blowin the trannys while shiftin into overdrive
