Default opinions please

Know this is a loaded question but here goes.......concerning used F150's with 100k-150k.... What year would be the most reliable trouble free if reasonably taken care of in the 92 to 03 year range and why?

Default reliability

I have a 2001 F150 with 165000 miles on her and the only problems have been minor (thermostat,u-joint, and regular maint. items). Just had front end work done and cranked the t-bars up (looks awesome!)

I'll vote for a '92 2wd straight 6 with a 5 speed. Why, the 300 motor has a great track record of reliability just due to the design of a Inline motor. My other reason would be less electronic management on a OBDI truck.
Myself, I would get a late build '03 5.4 Lightning because of the extra spark plug threads, I luv OBDII because it talks to you on the scanner, and I like the ride of a non I-beam truck. Oh yea, the Lightning has the supercharger
