I want to make 99 4x4 4.6 5 speed look better I already ordered fx4 stickers ......any thoughts

I am not a big fan of extra stickers on the paint, I think it looks good for a start, maybe a small lift, wheels and tires?

Why put FX4 stickers on a non FX4 ??? Tires and wheels would help the truck alot...IMO

I like the look of them I know where a set of fx4 rims are.... And what is the difference between fx4s and the other types

a lot of things, a FX4 is 4wd, it has skid plates, it has a 2 tone paint job, rancho suspension, option of 3:73 gears and some other things
