No you have to replace the carrier. The stub shafts arent long enough to slide all the way thru the ls
Side gears an you wont be able to put the lock clips on the stub shaft.

you'll have to go with a lunch box locker or a complete replacement carrier such as a Detriot TrueTrac or something along those lines.
