Default Oops... I broke it

I have a 2003 F-150 with the 5.4.
I broke the PCV(?) line coming off the top, right behind the oil fill cap.
Does anyone have the specific name and/or part number to get a replacement?

Thanks,
Jeff

Auto recyclers/junk yards might have it and sell it to you from the price of a coffee at my Canadian Tim Hortons.

Did it break at the T ? I can't see the other half. Looks like it T's to the throttle body elbow there before it runs to the back.

I believe yours is heated the dealership is usually the go-to for those. The part goes by Pcv System, -

That's PCV Assembly.

If it's just the T that broke, I believe it's 1/4". Any 3rd party parts supply should have one.
