Default OK, I'm on a roll here...

Got the exhaust cut out, the pipes down to the exhaust shop and they are waiting on me to decide on a new muffler so they can hook it all up. Now, I need to:

a. Take the door panels off. The front ones to replace the mirrors and speakers and the rear ones to replace the speakers. A link or something relative to the process would be great. I've been searching, but maybe I'm doing it all wrong...

b. I'm doing the Gotts Mod. Got everything I need to do that, probably tackle it this afternoon.

c. Other than that, it's going good. If I can find the time, I'll post a pic of the muffler.

Yeah, that is one of those "lifetime" Magnaflows. The previous owner had put it on there.

Instead of the Gotts Mod, I decided to start tearing apart the inside of the truck. Got one door panel, one speaker, and almost one mirror off.

Anyone know how to take the panels off the back doors of the Super Cabs? Super Cabs... My bad.

Got the passenger side mirror in. The top bolt seems stripped to me. I'm thinking about taking it all back off and running that bolt out and then adding a plastic/metal adhesive to it. Any suggestions?

I am making progress on the speaker as well. I've never put on aftermarket speakers, so this is interesting, nonetheless. I hope to have it all done soon sans the exhaust which will depend on the schedule of the dude doing it.

Just so everyone with this year of truck knows, I found a way to take the panels off the back doors of the SuperCabs.

Here is the link.
