Default oil pressure and temp problem

so i have a problem with my oil pressure and temperature i know that the temperature sometimes would only be at 175 even in the hottest days but thats not my real concern. oil pressure seems a little low and so does the temp see the first picture is a pic when my engine is fully warm and the next is with the engine off and notice that the guages on oil and temp sit a way lower than the other two that seem fine. so can it just be a faulty guage cluster.

The oil pressure gauge is nothing but a light in the form of a gauge so the reading is no better than the light.
It does not give you a true reading. It will either display some pressure or none.
You are correct, the needles are off based on your photo.

I would think you could get behind the panel and gently turn the entire mechanism holding the needle behind the panel clockwise a little, to line the two needles up with the other two when at 0 reading. The line at the very bottom of the range is supposed to be the resting place of the needle at 0 as it is on the fuel and and volt gauge. That's why the line is printed there. There may also be a screw adjustment at the back center of each gauge mechanism for the needle rest, but I don't know.
