Default oil leaking

I got a 2002 F-150 that is leaking some oil, I took it to someone to look at he said its the manifold leaking, and it also smells like the oil is burning when im going up an incline. any ideas what it is and how much it would be to repair.

They said it is the intake manifold leaking?

Those go for around $40. You can usually re-use the plenum gasket. Should take you a couple of hours to do yourself.

I had a cylinder head that was leaking oil. Didn't leak coolant either internally or externally, just oil down by the starter and on to the ground. Turned in to a big job when I took the body off and then the top end of the motor to do both heads.
