Default Odd Noise! Help!

I have a 98 4.6 with auto trans and a noise has been bugging me. It is only heard when driving slow (10 mph and under) it sounds like a grinding noise that lasts for a second or two then goes away, then comes back. It happens every minute or so. Started back in the winter, went away all summer, now its back to haunt me. Coming from seems like under my drivers seat. Happens when driving slow, at a stop light, and in park. Any help??? Thanks

It means you got gears grinding, probably means go to a you pull it yard and get a new transmission. But you said t gri nds in park so I would park it while it is grinding and I would crawl all over my truck to figure out exactly were the noise is coming from.
