Hi,

I have a 1997 F150XL 4X4 SuperCab 4.6L V8. I need to buy 02 sensors, however checking different pages Ive seen that in some cases there are Universal sensors whereas in other sites sell front and rear sensors. How do I know which one I Need?

well which sensor do you need? then going from there you can id the sensor you need to buy.

 

DO NOT use the universal sensors. That involves cutting wires splicing and headaches. Get a fit for your truck O-2. The Standart products part # for the upstream is SG179 and the down stream part # is SG178. Motor Craft downstream# is a DY1093 and the upstream part # is DY832. I can sell ya the Standard ones for 60.00 each plus shipping. They list for 85.00
