Default Noticed radiator coolant level was low

Could it be due to what’s shown in the pic? Because that wasn’t wet the last time I checked.

also, I just moved from Phoenix to Cheyenne, and a few people told me my truck would start leaking, maybe bad. They said it was due to it being in the hot for 260,000 miles and all of a sudden going to the cold. Everything shrinks a little and bam, leak central.

Mia this really a possibility? Because while I was looking at the line in the picture I noticed a lot more oil all over, well, everywhere.

the only other thing I can think of is I just changed the pcv valve and I didn’t use a motorcraft one. Could that be it?

And can anyone tell me why my 02 5.4 pcv valve uses a 4.2 pcv valve? When ireplaced this last month I ordered the pcv cake that supposedly fit. It did not.

this is the correct pcv value for my truck:

I don't know but you're exactly right. Some of the 01 V8's use that same valve as well.
