Default Not sure what is the problem. Need help.

I have 2003 F150. I was driving one day and I start hearing alot of noise coming from under the hood. I looked inside and saw my fan was wobbling and I seen little smoke coming out and burning rubber smell. I got home, I took the belt off and I could actually move fan up and down. My question is I'm not sure if my water pump is bad or should I just change fan clutch and see if it will fix the problem. Or maybe be there is something else wrong. I have a 10 sec video but it will not let me post on here. I will really appreciate everyone help. Thank you.

Water pump. The fan clutch is simply threaded onto the water pump with a b-nut and has no bearings or any thing. A water pump bearing must have crapped out. You don’t need a fan clutch. You only need the water pump.
