Default Not so common power window failure?

I have attempted to search the forums to locate the answer to my problem without creating a new tread. To no avail, I was unable to locate an answer by myself. So I am calling upon you all.

I have a 1999 f150 5.4 4x4. over the last few months a problem has came about with it, My drivers side window. When it is hot, outside or inside the vehicle, my drivers side power window will not function, you can hear the relay click when you depress the switch, but there is no movement from the window. When it is cooler outside the window works perfect, you cannot hear the click from the relay and the window will move with the press of the switch. I have replaced the relay and the window will still malfunction. Hopefully someone has seen this happen and will know how to correct my problem.
