Thinks for the tips guys but how hard of a job is it to pull the throttle body I have never cleaned it and since it being a 99 I might have never been clean

It's really easy, and pretty self explanatory. It just might take a second to figure out the throttle cable (to take it off).

It's very straight forward. 4 bolts, a cable and a couple electrical connections. Takes maybe 15 minutes tops.

I think it is STP that makes a throttle body and carb cleaner that I've used. But mostly I use the cheap carb cleaner. I've heard brake cleaner is a little too harsh on the coating.

Does it jump like that on Panel as well ? Both Panel and Defrost/heat. Yea, has to be on Panel to check, before you brake for a light.

IAC..Could be, - PCV/maf/Air filter contributing to the problem. Needs maintenance I expect.

Use throttle body cleaner. No carb or brake cleaner.
