Default About Oranges and Kumquats:

Your 33x12.5x17 is roughly equivalent to a 315/65R17 (Assuming such a standard size is available).
1" = 25.4mm.
33 is the OD in inches. Subtract the rim, 17, = 16. Divide by 2 = 8,
or 203.2mm, the height of the casing rim-to-tread.
12.5 is the width of the casing, 317.5mm, making the aspect ratio
of the tire 203.2/317.5 = 0.64.
So your tire is a 317.5/64R17 rounded off to the above equivalent.

Your stock tire OD in inches is 31.6 (265/25.4 x 0.70 x 2 + 17) and the width is 10.43 (265/25.4) , so the gifted tires you have are fairly close.
Your speedo/odo will run slow, 31.6/33 or about 4%.
