Noise from underneath

Has anyone ever had any problems with a noise coming from underneath the truck every time you hit a bump, sounds like maybe something is loose?

Noise from underneath

Do you have nerf bars or running boards? Might need tightening. Spare tire? Exhaust brackets? Those are the easy things to figure. Any rust?

Minimal rust, but im thinking maybe exhaust brakets. I'm going to get a flowmaster kit on it very soon, should i just wait till then to try and solve the problem? thanks.
