noise under heavy throttle

I have a 2002 f250 with the 4.6 that I drive for work. And under heavy throttle it sounds like the engine is just sucking air. So much that you can hear it in the cab.

Any ideas?

The noise you hear under heavy throttle is the engine, nothing to be alarmed about!

Lol no. Definitely shouldn't be hearing this. I've driven tons of these trucks
