Default no turn signals or overhead console

Hello all, if anyone followed my no start saga then you know I have now solved that, which leads me to fixing the original issue.
I replaced my fuse panel due to water corrosion. Everything worked great for a few weeks. One morning i was driving, turn my turn signals on and they flashed quick for a few seconds then quit. I also noticed the overhead display went out at the same time. made it to work and back home. I have emergency flashers working, I replaced the relay just in case. I have checked all bulbs and all are good. Pulled my multi function switch to be sure and everything checks out with the meter. Even if that went bad it doesn't explain why the overhead display also went out.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for all the help here!

Check power feed from CJB fuse F23. It supplies both the overhead console and the turn signal half of the flasher relay. Should be HOT IN RUN.

Sorry, forgot to also say that I tested that F23 and yes, it does have power when key is in run.

Did you check for power up in the console? That's next. If it's present, you probably have a ground issue.

No power to the overhead console when key is in run position.

Then you have ANOTHER open circuit in, at, or feeding from that fuse box.
