Here's the timeline

One night, I went to flip off my headlights, and they wouldnt turn off. replaced fuse, good to go. A few days later same thing happened. This happened for a couple weeks and then stopped (I'm assuming whatever was shorting shook itself loose). While this was happening, when the fuse was blown my tail lights would not work. When the fuse was good, they would.

Have had no problems with Head lights, fuse is not blown, but out of the blue my tail lights went. I replaced the bulbs, I disconnected and reconnected the light wiring harness.

I have headlights, break lights, turn signals, reverse lights, just no tail lights. What could be the problem?
