well i got that i found the problem but i dont know how its grounded the old school stuff was hard wire grounded to frame usually. Most of these are grounded through central junction box or pcm. I dont know how its grounded and trying to find someone that knows how they are grounded. If its the pcm i didnt know if it can be fixed or pcm had to be replaced. But i cant find any diagram on how its grounded.
