I have a 1998 Ford F150 with a 4.2 L V6 with 164,000 miles my speedometer doesn’t work Everything else works like the fuel gauge temperature gauge battery and oil gauge, rpm guage but the speedometer doesn’t work. I’m hoping the odometer works because it says 164.442miles. I replace the ABS. wheel speed sensor and the ABS light turned off. I took on a test driving on the neighborhood and the light turn right back on in the speedometer still does not work at all before it was flashing now it’s just solid ABS light I have no codes before I did for the ABS speed sensor. What could be the cause for both problems thanks.
