Default no low beam

hi,

after a visit to the mechanic, the truck wont turn on low beam lights, however, high beam lights work just fine. since im not willing to have that mechanic see it again, do you have any idea for me to check? maybe the switch?

thanks

im pretty sure theres a seperate fuse and or relay for the low beams.... if that all checks out... i would check your bulbs..(or check them first)... if that is good to go.......i would say your problem is your multifunction switch... and also you could check the wiring going to it.... if your truck has tilt steering you could trying moving your steering wheel all the way to the top and check that....if they work... your wiring harness is broke( the multifunction and wiring harness on this model of truck are known to break)...

^^ There's not much more to it than that. There's a guy on here who did a fog light tutorial and it shows you how to remove the head light switch too, if you need to end up doing that.
