Default no get up and go

I have a 1998 f150 super cab. 5.4L
I recently had a check engine light indicating miss firing on the 6 and 7th cylinder. The coil packs are good and so are the plugs. I changed the TPS and the code went away after deleting it and running it. However, when you press the gas pedal, it takes for ever and a day to get up to speed. There is a shutter at 30mph and once again at 50-53mph(if I make it up to that speed). I checked my vacuum lines because my OBD2 scanner said EVAP and EGR NOT Ready. I checked the green line to the EGR and noticed that there was minimal flow. Any Help? Please and thank you in advance.

Pull the throttle body off and clean the EGR ports as we'll as the EGR, you can also replace the DPFE. Clean the MAF as we'll it can cause some weird crap like that.
