I just got done painting some parts with color shifting paint from the auto shop! its blue,green, and purple depending on what angle you look at it. ill get some pics in soon! hopefully it will still appear like that on camera

I got around to painting it including the metal ring that holds the air filter in. It shows up as mostly purple like in the picture but occasionally a blue green and yellow in the right light.

My K&N filter is purple so I wish I had a way of exposing it since it matches the paint. I was thinking of getting the hoses and walls to expose the filter as a cold air intake but I'm not sure if I can use the old filter or if I'd have to buy a new filter.

Not my truck, but you can expose the filter with the stock intake:

Cleaned mine up before paint, and painted a couple things under the hood.

It should be separated to get the most gain
