Default New need some advice

Hey I have recently got a 2001 4.6L. I like to build things and sell them. I have no clue where to even start with this truck! I just want some ideas of what I can do to make more mpg, power, and looks. I want a little lift as well. Thanks for all the help in advance.

I font know anything about the 4.6 but I would put a 3 or 4 inch lift with some beefy tires and tint the windows. If you got with a spindle lift on the front it will kick the tires out a little your cheapest route would be a 3" body lift

3" bl, 35s or 37s, remove side moldings, get rid of those hideous tail lights and if you had a picture of the front end I could probably give you some more ideas
