While I was LEDing everything, I DID forget about the glove box! (and possibly the cup holder too!). Needless to say, the glove box door needs to be removed so you can even see what type of bulb it is....

They're bayonet mount like the doors, but you cannot put larger LEDs in like the doors. This means crawling under the rear bumper, looking up, and you'll see them clearly. 1/4 turn gets the bulb carrier out, and you can use any leftover LEDs from the dash project (they're 194s).
Let me know about the cup holder when you do it. I have a vacuum problem I have to solve first, then it's back to lighting. Cup holder and glovebox are the last ones left!

That cupholder mod is AWESOME! I now have a blue dash (thanks to white LEDs and blue film in the cluster) - and I have some leftover blue 37's. Perfect spot for them. Was it easy to get the cupholder out - and find the wire?

I just took mine out - it's a T-5 (#74). I had a spare blue one left over from my old Q45, and it is perfect in the socket (remove the cup holder by gently depressing the catch in the rear, on both sides, and it'll slide right out). Twist-on/off connector, with not too much slack in the cable.
