Default New here

So I just bought a 99 F150 XLT. Long story short it was my Uncle's and he died so my Grand parents made me a really good deal. I'm not real big on trucks or Fords in general but a truck would be useful hauling parts for my project Dodge Charger I'm restoring. My only real concerns are a squeak I somtimes hear at low RPM in the engine area, and it seems to shift a little funny. I checked the trans. fluid and it's good so maybe It's just that I'm not used to it. And the biggest issue is that the ABS light is constantly on. So any suggestions would be much appreciated. I also want a bed cover, it currently has a button down but I want a Fiberglass (preferablly ARE) so I can completly lock down the bed, but I don't want to pay retail for a brand new one can anybody help me with that one?

I just bought a hard cover for my bed last week off craigslist for $250. I was lucky, It is the same color as the truck.
I also have the abs ligh on. Its one of the sensors. Not to hard or expensive to fix.

Ive got a short bed w/ the step sides, so a regular short bed cover won't work will it?

Ya, I think it would be a harder to find one to fit your bed. Try searchtempest. You mite have to travel. Good luck.

Hey Stig, I was wondering how your helmet fits over your head?

Some say that my crash helmet is modelled on Britney Spears' head and my ears have a paisley lining, all you know is...
