Hey everyone im new here im from Indiana. I drive a 97 regular cab shortbed 4x4
4.2l 5 spd. my truck sees a lot of dirt miles. it is my daily driver but it spends a lot of miles off road. I am in need of new tires bad. I have the xlt package with 16" wheels. what is a good tire that wont break the bank that can hadle lots of off road use and on road use.

I have Dick Cepek Mud Countrys, dunno if you're looking for mud tires but they seems to work great!

Welcome to the site. I would say that Toyo Mts would be a great off road and on road tire.

I have had good luck in the past with mud king or sport king tires. The mud tires are almost the same tread pattern as a BFG mud terrain. They don't have the BFG price tag though!

Welcome! Personally I love my BFGs, but one of my buddies has a set of recaps from treadwright.com. they are way cheaper than brand new tires. He puts a lot of dirt and highway miles on his truck and gets great tread wear out of them. He drives on dirt just about everyday.
