Default New headers

I want to put new headers and exhaust on my 5.4 and I was wondering what the best setup would be. I want it to be loud and throaty and longtime but I don't know what and good brands are or anything like that and also I want to know if I should do high flow exhaust or like no cats just want to know

Classic Chambered exhaust sounds great. Fluted straight tube.
