Default New front upper a-arms?

I'm about to purchase new front upper a-arms for my 02 F150 4.6l because there starting to make a loud thump when you put weight on the front. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on brands that are good? Was just going to grab them from advanced auto for 90 bucks each with the ball joint included. Not looking 2 spend alot because I'm replacing the front shocks also- got pro-comp es3000 shocks on there now.Any suggestions you guys have on shocks would be great to! I do alot of highway drivin but when i offroad its pretty severe along with the rd my camp is off of is terrible.

**By the way i have a 4inch suspension lift on it with 35's.

I just replaced my entire front steering linkage and upper and lower ball joints with all new Moog parts. The Moog uppers are actually a little more beefier than the original Ford uppers that came off.

As far as shocks i thought i liked my rancho rs5000s until i went wheeling with them on really rough trails. I will ot buy them again. the next brand i am going to try is Bilstein.
