I'm getting ready to buy a '98 F150 with a 4.6, I've read about the Gott's mod, I may give it a try, also what benefit would a throttle body spacer, and a flex fan do for me, the truck has single exhaust with what looks like a Cherry Bomb, it sounds pretty good, but I was wondering what the fan, spacer, and Gotts doo for me as far as a little more power, I just got rid of a V6 Ranger so the 4.6 will be a plus.

Welcome. Take out the idea of throttle body spacer, I have one and I can tell you that they are worthless.
