Default New custom Headache Rack

One of my neighbors is a welder/fabricator by trade. I saw some of his work and decided he was the guy I wanted to build it for me. The square tubing, bed rails and spreader bar are made out of 1/4" steel. It's every bit of 150lbs. The spreader bar above the tailgate is removable with a set of pins. This is a very versatile unit and it makes hauling various different things a breeze.

Great Job...except for one thing. It's just screaming for a low profile LED light bar! Would go well with your other lighting upgrades. My neighbors are kinda useless.....they don't do any work like THAT!

Lol ya most neighbors are useless. And eventually I'm going to put another set of the Rigid Duallys in the top corners of the rack, I love the output for how small they are.

Those Rigids will complete the look, and do better than eBay specials. A great looking truck!!!

I call it tailgater prevention lol. It's just a 6 1/2" tricone drill bit.

I like it

Looks a lot like my old rack I built in HS but my side rails went front to back with no turndowns. Otherwise it almost identical.
Wish I still had it. Will build another one soon.
