Default Needing Some Help...

I have a 1999 ford f-150 4.6L Triton 2WD that is running pretty rough after a check engine light came on the highway and flashed at me(but has not done it any more after that) and throwing many misfires between the cylinders p0300, (it was originally misfires between cylinders 4, 7, 2, 8 coil pack) I have changed the sparkplugs, wire set and a Coil Pack I have also test the fuel injectors Ohm range and they came up just fine, getting ready to clean the MAF sensor here soon, what I was needing to know is the resistance on my coils. The 3 coils I have the primary resistance was all 0.9 ohms which is in range but the secondary resistance is not the same, I’ve seen online 6.5-11.5 Kohms and they come up like this:

Passenger Coil: 13.99/14.20 Kohm
New Driver Coil: 14.40/14.11 Kohm
Possible bad coil:13.65/13.53 Kohm

I tested these after I came back from the auto parts store and let it sit for 3 hrs to cool off, they were higher that what is says it needs to be so are they any good? I’ve tried to do some research on the net to find out but have found nothing that is why I am posting here today, this is my first time posting on a forum and if this in the wrong placeplease feel free to move it where it needs to be thanks
