Ok I'll do that tomorrow morning and let you know what I come up with.

If need be, running new wire spliced into the driver side reverse light is a possibility though?

Of course, you can always rewire as long as you cancel the existing leads preferable at the splice to prevent future problems/next owner problems.

Fixed!!!!!! For now at least. Hopefully it doesn't go out once I put everything together. I dropped the spare tire and pretty much pulled all the wires. Cleaned all the harnesses and separated the tow harness short. It still didn't work at first. But this time it was the bulb not sure why but it blew. Replaced it and now it's working. Thanks everyone! I was looking at the wrong harness
