Needhelp with alignment !!!!!
lol that was a task to read. those are some big tires for a dropped truck dude. i never heard about not being able to align it because of the tires though.
Your problem is probably the lower arms being too long for your low ride. Change them out and try again. Go back to the guy you bought the drop springs from and tell him, " Come on man, give me the rest of the kit!"

Tires and rims don't have anything to do with alignment. In fact, you can do an alignment on the hub face for camber and the upright for caster. Toe is a little tricky, depending on how its measured.
The real problem is Ford designed the suspension link arms (A-arms) for a certain ride height, range of travel, and static alignment. The suspension has a range of adjustment, but its limited. Lowering the ride height might have pushed the suspension geometry out of the adjustable range. If you have too much positive camber, you need to shorten the upper a-arm. If its too much negative, it needs to be lengthened. I wouldn't **** with the lower arm, it bears most of the vehicle weight. Basically, you need a very good fabricator to make you custom upper A-arms.
Also, stop typing with all the shorthand. I thought it was encrypted text at first.
