Default Need torsion bar 97 F150
Left side torsion bar on my 97 F150 4X4 XLT extended cab 5.4 L engine failed. Can't find one PN F75Z5B327UB I believe.

I'm almost certain I've read here that these are no longer available from Ford, and a junkyard is your best option.

Right, the longest bars the F150's ever seen. You can get a 2" lift at full crank....if you can stand the ride lol.

Thanks Ohio I have found 2 companies that make torsion bars. Wait time is 4 to 6 weeks. I think I have found one in a salvage yard.

They are everywhere in the junkyards.... not rare at all.
