I have a 1999 f 150 4.2 V6. the speedo dosen't work I looked into the VSS and the wires were cut so I hooked them up and the speedo went from 0 to 100 while I was only going maybe 5 mph and then the governer kicked in and shut the truck down. So then i replaced the VSS and it still dose the same thing. So I need some ideas I was thinking about changing the cluster.
