Default Need help with some clutch issues

I'm new to the forums but not to Fords, ive owned mostly Mustangs amd rhis is my first F150 (1997 V6). Today I decided to replace my leaky rear main seal, everything went pretty smooth until I went back and installed everything. I don't know much about hydraulic clutches, I'm more of a mustang guy and some of you may know that they barely started using hydraulic in the late model ones. I took the pin out and removed the slave cylinder, and put it back on just like I took it out. Thinking it was similar to a brake system I decided to bleed it since I saw some of the fluid come out. Loosened the bleed screw on top, had my brother pump the pedal and heard a lot of air come out. Pedal was too soft from the top to 1/4 of the way down, so we kept bleeding some more while double checking that the reservoir didn't empty, but the reservoir never moved and the pedal got softer and softer. There is literally no fluid coming out of the bleed screw and the reservoir is still full, have never had a problem with the clutch before until today. Did I do this wrong or did I mess something up? I'm in huge need of your help, as this is my only daily driver right now, I'd rather fix it myself if possible instead of taking it to a shop. Thanks for any help

Possible clog in the res. - Maybe try back-flushing the line, See if any gunk comes out the top.
