Default Need Help With Routine Maintenance

To all of you:

I could really use some help. I am up to 140,000 miles on my truck and I am sure there are some things I could/should do to make it run as good as possible. Is there anyone out there who could and would be up to giving me some advice as to what would most beneficial to get the most out of my truck. My truck runs good now and is good condition considering it's age and mileage I just want to keep it that way. No one wants a truck payment if they can avoid it!

Thanks in advance for all of your help!

I'm guessing you have a V8. Pull one of the coils off and check the top of the spark plug. If you see a white or blue dot it means they are orignal. I would do plugs and boots. Also get some MAF cleaner and give it a good cleaning. Buy a factory pcv valve. May be time for a new belt. Run some sea foam through the brae booster line.

Also change the fuel filter if it hasnt been changed in a while. And also clean your throttle body.
