Need help with re-gearing the speedo on my 4R100

Default Need help with re-gearing the speedo on my 4R100
So I'm getting bigger tires next month and want to set the speedo with the correct gear. I've had a hell of a time finding a vendor that carries the right gear and knowing which tooth count to use. Are they same as any other Ford tranny? Any ideas would be great...
