I own a 2001 ford f150 v8 triton i believe 5.4 and one day it just shut down at a light and i had to push it back to my home and once it was turned off i let it rest and i went back out to turn it on it started making a clicking noise and the battery stayed then i did it again and the now my truck has no power at all, i also didnt change the oil for 18,000 miles could that effect what is going on here or could that be a factor of the problem it has 156,00 miles i wouldnt think its the engine but the electrical. please help my email is albright.josh@yahoo.com

Sounds like an alternator... Have you tried charging your battery? If you jump it with another vehicle and then pull the cables and it dies immediately, it is your alternator. Otherwise, Does your motor have oil in it, etc...? You could have seized your engine!
