Default Need help with lighting issue

Alright I'm a little stumped. I installed (well still in the middle of it) a set of the Halo Proejector headlights. The passenger side works as advertised, but the drivers side seems like it isn't working right. Both the high beam bulb and low beam bulb are always on, but they're both really dim. I have brand new bulbs in it. I also have a set of lightforce 240's mounted to my truck and they're wired in to come on when the high beam is turned on. When I turn on my high beam they come on, but when I turn the high beam off they stay on. I have both the LED strip at the bottom of the lights and the halos wired in to my parkers. I get the power for my lightforce lights from the passenger side high beam and it's working fine so I don't know what the issue is. It's a 2002 crew cab with the 5.4 in it if it matters.

Come on guys, someone has to have at least a little bit of an idea of what is going on here. I unplugged the light that is working right and I lose all of the headlights alltogether. I plug it back in and I get the bad light to come back on as well, but it's really dim. I asked a friend and he said that it acts like it may have a blown low beam bulb. He said that with newer vehicles of the low beam bulb is blown, as soon as the high beam is turned on, it stays on (the reason my moose lights won't turn off). I just don't understan what is causing it to be so dim.
