Hey guys I need some help with a pre-runner bar. Since I can't find one for 2000 XLT for cheap I have decided to just make one. Has anyone made their own on here? Pics? Type/size tubing? I have some Hella 500ff driving lights that I want to put on it thats why I'm wanting to make one. Any help would be great!!

 

You can go to Prerunnermaniac.com, they have some how to videos. Their videos show them working on a Ranger but might give you tips or ideas.

 

Look up Rossi on here, he built a nice bar specifically for hella 500's

 

Mine come from OffRoad Warehouse years ago though. If I recall it was made for a 99' and up model so me and my dad done some cutting and welding on it to get it to fit the way I wanted. Point being made is you might find something you like and be able to modify it for your truck.
