Default Need help, Ive searched

So I have a 97 f150 with a 4.6. I need to do the spark plugs but I keep finding contradicting information.
Motocraft AGS-F32FM
Motocraft AGSF22FSM
Motocraft SP432
Motocraft SP515
Motocraft AWSF-32PG ( I believe these are obsolete now?)
Also that the gap needs to be .054inch
Any info would be great as I need to buy some this weekend.

MOTORCRAFT SP432 {#AGSF32FM, AWSF32F, AWSF32PP} Finewire Platinum fits your 1997 with 4.6.

MOTORCRAFT SP459 {#AGSF22FSM} Finewire Platinum fits 5.4's. (for others who might ask)
