Default Need help hiteface overlays

So I ordered a few goodies for my truck today, got a billet grill and a couple things to add to the gauge cluster while I have it out to fix the blackout odometer reading. Anyway I'll post a link to both things I bought my question is the white face overlays are basically stick ons that go over the factory and slid over the needles. So my question is how do you knwo they're on right when applying them. Can you see the lettering and hash marks on the stock cluster through the white overlays when you're applying them? I just dont want to get them crooked or off and then wind up driving at night and being like what the hell. Also ordered this carbon fiber trim to jazz it up a bit it was only $20 bucks and I figured after I get the overlays on I throw that on top and it'll look pretty unique.

On the white face gaues it says "Needle removal is not required at all besides the clock, the white gauges easily slip over the needles" What is the clock??

I thought it'd be pretty cool. I already ordered it all but then I got to thinking umm ok the white face overlays just slid on I guess but 1 how do you make sure they're aligned right? Just by eye? and 2 how do you make sure they dont bubble lol didn't think it through but hope it turns out well when I do it.

I'm probably overthinking it I hope I get it all done right once I get everything lol still have to get a soldering pencil for the blackout odometer and then once I've got that its just tear down fix the connection carefully apply the adhesive overlays and then apply the carbon fiber trim over it all and it should look pretty unique lol all for about $50 bucks
