I have the 3300bt and it fit fine, but mine also had an avic-d1 that i took out. It looked like they had to dremel some off the metal frame in there to get it too fit so you may just need to do that.

You definately need to do some cutting with a Dremel, but a double DIN will fit. Be patient, and think it through before you cut.

Not a Pioneer, but I think it's actually a little bigger.

^ I have the same deck. Mine looks great!

I should take a pic. I spent a good 5 hours taking my time and doing it very well.

I have a 7 inch DVD player (Pioneer 4300 DVD) in my truck as well. 97 F150. I followed the directions but I also modified the entire thing. I ovaled the holes out for the heat controls so that could drop down a 1/8 of an inch. I also cut the bar out between the deck and the heat controls. I ovaled the holes out for the deck mount. This allowed everything to slide down side. There is a lot of room for the heat controls to move down. It allowed my deck to clear.

My rounded corners on the plastic trim piece included with the deck install kit had to be modified as my Pioneer deck had square corners. It looks damn near factory fit.

The deck is flush with the faceplate and the back of the gray trim if that makes any sense?
