Default Need help with a couple problems.

(1997 4.6L) Ok so the first problem ive had came with the truck, When im turning at low speeds under 25mph maybe even 20 or lower it squeaks not the usual power steering whine ford is known for but sounds like something needs severely lubed or replaced it also has a much milder squeak when going over speed bumps also low speed. Second im thinking is coil related, at cold temperatures like 30 or below (had some -15s this winter) it takes me a few times to get it to start in most cases i had to floor it to get it to start then keep my foot on the gas for a few seconds for it to catch idle. Now its warmer it wants to idle high(1200-1700 rpm) on first start then takes a minute to idle down to normal idle of 700. Also it likes to studder and has no power for the first 1/8-1/4 mile then it kicks in and takes off like a rocket. any help would be appreciated.
Heres the problemed beast next to my friends exploder he calls dora.....

Have you tried to add grease on the Idler Arm?

It's Normal to idle High after starting. Your idling @ 700 on Park? Try Disconnecting the Battery's Negative for Few Minutes. When your start the vehicle let it idle for 3-5mins. without any load @ park Another Few Minutes with Load like A/C, headlights @ park and do it again on Drive.
