Default Need help!!! Busting boots!

I just put the rough country 2" leveling kit on my 2002 FX4 SCrew. After putting in the torsion keys I have busted three front axle boots at the housing. Has anyone ran into this problem?

It's because your cv axle is at such an extreme angle. The leveling kit cranks your bars and the boots get pinched or rip. it happened to me so I had to lower it a little

Get rid of the crappy leveling kit. That's what happens. The axles are on too much of an angle.

Someone also told me to try the sew up boots. Supposedly they are supposed to be forgiving to the extreme angle??
