Default NEED HELP-97 auto to manual swap?

I am in the army and currently stationed in Germany. When I come home this summer, I want to swap my 97 f150 4.6 4x4 to a manual transmission. Im trying to find which transmission model I should be looking for. can I get a m5r2, a t5, a CFC70, M5odr2 or anything else. im really confused and just looking for help. Thanks

ZF6 is the only way togo. If you ever plan to add power or bigger tires. You will need a 3" body lift to fit it.

The m5 a direct bolt in, but is rather weak( have one behind my little built 4.6 and i'm worried any day it will die)!
What are your goals power wise? I am getting ready to do a magnum t-56 from d&d will hold to about 1000 ftlbs.i would like to hear more about a t-5 though
